About
Who is he?
Is he a cult leader? Is he on drugs? Is he gay?
After completing his studies, Nic remains determined to experiment with his style in order to consistently alter the worlds perception of him. He is currently busy with an MA Art Direction whilst freelancing part-time.
He holds a keen interest in pop culture thus drawing significant inspiration from his music and idols, ranging from Andre 3000 to Harry Styles.
Determined, driven and dedicated, Nic has kept his eyes on the prize and is set for a path of success no matter the challenges that lie ahead.

Education
Bridge House School (2013 to 2017)
Democratically elected by the students and teachers of Bridge House School to be a part of the 2017 Student Leadership council.
Took part in extra curricular activities such as AP English, Drama Club and Diversity Club (where students would come together and debate relevant topics on gender, race and so on).
In his final year, achieved distinctions in Visual Arts, Life Orientations, Computer Application Technology, English and Dramatic Arts (where he also achieved top of the grade)
Matriculated in 2017 with a Bachelors Pass under the IEB National Senior Certificate achieving 79% for Visuals Arts, Computer Application Studies, English and a distinction in Life Orientation
Secondary
Fedisa (2018 to 2020)
Independently Selected to be apart of the end of year fashion show in his 2nd Year (2019)
In his recent mid year report has achieved above 70% in Conceptual Design and Drawing and Illustration, and has received distinctions in both Communication and Social Studies and Design History
Tertiary
The Academy of Art University (2021)
Nic is Currently in pursuit of his MA in Art Direction at The Academy of Art University in San Francisco. He has finished his first semester and has so far achieved distinctions A-level aggregate in his classes in Fashion Styling, Digital Concepts and Photography
He is currently busy taking a summer semester in Fashion History and has received an A-level mid-semester grade.

What has he done?
Nic has spent most of his in search of gaining experience, any opportunity was to be seen as a learning curve towards his end goal. And in the small town of Franschhoek, where he called home there was opportunity at every corner.
In his early years of high school, he and his friend worked each year at a curio store they set up at the annual Bastille Day Festival.
He would also work around his family's wine farm, assisting his father in wine tastings and sales at festivals and bookings.
Around he also assisted various family friends working summer waitering jobs at Cafe Essence and assisting in the Masquerade boutique store.
Additionally Nic works as a part-time production assistant for the ITI group, assisting on shoots for Milady's and MRP Sport. He has also had ample opportunities assisting his mother in her consulting work for MDD.
Nic believes that through all of these work experiances he has acquired a unique set of skills, particularly in dealing with people, time management, entrepreneurial skills and a good basic understanding of finances.
